Edlyn Yaniga

Tell us about your background: I grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. Before working at Chesapeake Property Management, I worked in leasing for Georgetown University. After that I was a property manager for a homeowner’s association for six years.

What is your role? I am one of our Anne Arundel County Property Managers. As a Property Manager, I help implement our systems, like our routine inspections, to help protect and preserve the homes that we manage.

What do you enjoy about your job the most? I handle the day to day tasks that our owners are either unable to handle themselves or don’t want to handle themselves. I am always keeping their best interests at heart while managing their home, treating it as if it were my own. By doing this I am giving them piece of mind-that’s my favorite part of my job!
