Jon Milburn
1. Tell us about your background: I am from Cape St. Claire, a neighborhood just north of Annapolis. I started working as a full-time Realtor right out of college (University of Maryland) when I was 22. During that time, I also worked as a new construction sales associate and property manager. My expertise includes a strong familiarity with all aspects of housing and real estate - construction, maintenance, sales, title, and finance.
2. What is your role? I am the Property Manager for CPM's Anne Arundel and Howard County properties. I assist our landlords in preparing their properties to be rented for the first time or re-rented. For properties currently leased, I am the primary point of contact for our tenants and perform biannual inspections to ensure that our properties are compliant and properly cared for.
3. What do you enjoy about your job the most? I can help our customers navigate a process that most people find harrowing and unpleasant and transform it into a positive experience. I greatly enjoy the satisfaction of completing a project involving lots of time, work, and coordination.
