Looking for a good weekend trip but don’t want to leave the state? Planning a trip to one of the many beach towns during the off season is a great way to spend a day or two. The other week, I made a trip to Rehobeth Beach for a quick getaway.
Visitors strolled along, appreciating the room to move about as they pleased, through the shops that lined the boardwalk.
Others gathered on the beach, propped up in a beach chair, thumbing through a novel. Friends and couples alike wandered down the shoreline, their pants cuffed at the ankles.
Others simply took a seat on the boardwalk to enjoy the view.
