- Tell us about your background: I grew up in New Jersey, moved to Florida, and then moved to Anne Arundel County in 2015. I previously served in the Marine Corps (1989-1993.) I also worked in construction for 8 years doing work with concrete, roofing and building residential properties.
- What is your role? I am the Maintenance Coordinator. Residents report maintenance items through their online resident portal and I coordinate the work that needs to be completed. I assist the residents in troubleshooting minor maintenance items.
- Why does your role in the company make a difference? Renting an individually owned home is different than renting an apartment and I’m happy to help educate our residents on how to troubleshoot smaller problems. I know that by being efficient and using my experience when handling maintenance requests/work orders I am helping our owners save money. Repairs need to be handled quickly and completed correctly.
