1. Tell us about your background: I was born and raised in Canton in Baltimore City. I moved to Carroll County in 1999. I’ve always lived in the Baltimore area! Before working with Chesapeake, I was in customer service for about 14 years working directly with customers to solve their problems. I value great communication!
2. What is your role at Chesapeake Property Management? I am the Assistant Property Manager. I oversee the routine inspections of the properties that we manage so that we ensure our landlords’ homes are being maintained. I am also the liaison between the various HOA’s and our tenants. We know that maintaining a positive relationship between our landlords’ HOA’s, neighbors, and their tenants is an important part of property management!
3. Why does your role in the company make a difference? By implementing and assisting in improving our internal systems, I’m able to help Chesapeake consistently provide a high level of customer service to both our landlords and tenants. We want everyone to have an enjoyable leasing experience.
