- Tell us about your background: I grew up in Baltimore City and now reside in Baltimore County. I previously worked for the state of Maryland where I gained my customer service experience.
- What is your role? I am a Property Manager. My job is to ensure our landlords’ properties are being preserved. That means I am overseeing every repair to make sure it is has been done correctly and having regular inspections of each home completed.
- What do you enjoy about your job the most? I enjoy upholding our high standard of customer service by using our hands-on approach to property management. We can best manage our properties when we have a high level of involvement with each repair and inspection that is completed.
