Lindsay Laws
- Tell us about your background: I grew up in Crofton, Maryland and currently live in Anne Arundel County. Before working with Chesapeake, I worked as a 911 dispatcher and in banking. I am also a current volunteer for the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT.)
- What is your role? I am a Property Manager. I am here to help relieve the pressure and stress that comes from owning a rental property. Using the systems we have in place, I help ensure tenants are taking care of our landlords’ homes and upholding their lease responsibilities.
- What do you enjoy about your job the most? Getting to see tenants take great care of the homes that they are renting is rewarding. We spend a lot of time upfront educating the tenants on how to take care of the property and explaining their role/responsibilities during the lease term. It shows that our screening process paired with our emphasis on tenant education is successful!
